Patients are asked to pay the fee for their treatment at the time the service is provided. We will provide you with a detailed receipt of your treatment, called a superbill. You are able to submit this superbill for consideration by your insurance carrier. You may receive repayment for your expenses, although that is not guaranteed. You may also be eligible to have it applied to any deductible you may have. This all depends on your insurance policy
Fees for our service depend on what level of care is required. However, all of our prices are available by clicking any of the “Book Appointment” buttons. No surprise bills ever!
